Win7 Hidden Settings 2
Task Scheduler Settings
Even though you have already opted out of the Customer Experience program and
disabled it in the Group policies, there are even more secret places
Microsoft has deemed necessary to keep track of your computer. These
are accessible through the Task Scheduler. To open the Task Scheduler,
click on the start orb (button) and then click on "Run". Type
"taskschd.msc" in the Run box and click on "OK".
The Task Scheduler window will open and look like this:
In
the left pane, open the "Task Scheduler Library" by clicking on the +
sign in front of the name. Then open up "Microsoft" and then "Windows".
Then select "Application Experience", and you will see this:
Next, Right click on the "AitAgent" and select "Disable" from the pop-up window:
Repeat
the process for the "Program Data Updater". Then select "Customer
Experience Improvement Program" in the left hand pane, and repeat the
disable process for all three of the entries, "Considator",
"KernelCeipTask", and "UsbCeip".
And finally, in the left pane select "DiskDiagnostic" and disable the two entries in the right hand pane.
Close the Task Scheduler window and Re-Boot the computer.
Congratulations, your computer will no longer feed your personal data
off to Microsoft in the dark early morning hours.
